  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking of children

  • Sextortion involving a child

  • Soliciting, sharing or requesting sexual images involving a child

  • Content or behaviour that sexualises, abuses, exploits or endangers a child

  • Attempts to arrange inappropriate or exploitative contact with a child

This prohibition applies to videos, images, text, profile information, usernames, location-based content and any other activity carried out through Dropwave.

Please include as much relevant information as possible, such as the Echo title, creator name, location, date and the nature of the concern. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material when making a report.

Where a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact the police or the appropriate emergency service in your country.

How we respond

When Dropwave Labs Ltd becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation, we may:

  • Remove or restrict access to the relevant content

  • Suspend or terminate the account involved

  • Preserve relevant records where legally permitted or required

  • Investigate related activity on the platform

  • Cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities

  • Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate national or regional authority where required by law

We do not knowingly permit content or conduct that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children.

Moderation and enforcement

Reports involving child safety are treated as urgent. Our response may include human review, technical investigation, content removal, account restriction and permanent account termination.

Attempts to evade enforcement, re-upload removed material or create replacement accounts may result in further action.

Compliance with child safety laws

Dropwave Labs Ltd complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and maintains a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate national or regional authority.
